How to get ID Card in Alabama

Alabama ID card applicants must bring the following documentation:

  • One primary document verifying name and date of birth
  • Certified U.S. birth certificate issued by an agency designated by state or federal authority

  • Resident alien card
  • Valid foreign passport with valid U.S. immigration document

Renewing ID Card in Alabama
